Why it Works
Improving Your Golf Swing with the G-4
The G-4 Golf Swing Trainer breaks down the golf swing into 3 exercises and 2 stretches, allowing you to concentrate on the individual components of your swing and train your muscle memory to follow the correct swing plane. Using light resistance and repetition, the G-4 replicates the golf swing in a controlled and effective manner, strengthening the muscles exactly as they are used in a proper golf swing. When you get back out on the course, after continued use of the G-4, your muscles will automatically follow the right swing plane, giving you added distance, speed and accuracy, eliminating your slice or hook.
The G-4 Swingbuilder works for golfers of all abilities because it:
Simultaneously tones and builds the exact muscles of the golf swing (adding both strength and balance)
Dramatically increasing a golfers ability to rotate the shoulders adding length, and comfort
Trains the muscles used in the golf swing on the correct swing mechanics, giving the muscles the correct memory of the swing path.
Additionally, because the exercises using the G-4 are done at a speed much slower than either golfing or the practice range, a golfer can consciously direct the muscles through the correct swing mechanics instead of repeating and retraining the body to make the wrong swing. Going to the driving range with a bad swing path only reinforces the muscle memory of how to swing badly.
Once a golfer has the correct alignment to the target and the proper golf grip, the correct swing path will eliminate all slices and hooks from the golf shot.
Tom demonstrates the first piece of the golf swing, the Downswing, taking you through the proper position of your wrists, hips, shoulders and legs as you prepare to hit the ball. 2:15 Min.
Tom demonstrates the third piece of the golf swing, the Follow-through, taking you through the proper position of your waist, shoulders and head after the club-head has hit the ball. 1:22 Min
Tom demonstrates the second piece of the golf swing, the Release, taking you through the proper position of your wrists and hands as the club-head makes impact with the ball. 1:27 Min.
Tom demonstrates the Backswing Stretch, showing you how to stretch your back and waist muscles to increase rotation in your shoulders and hips. This stretch helps you improve club-head speed. 2:08 Min.
Tom demonstrates the Follow-through Stretch, showing you how to stretch the muscles in your back and waist to decrease the chance of back injury. 2:07 Min.
